PMO Analyst

Location: Cheltenham (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Salary: £45,000 – £48,000

Our client, a leading organisation in its sector, is hiring a PMO Analyst to provide centralised assurance, reporting, and delivery controls across a diverse portfolio of programmes and projects.

This is a key role offering exposure across multiple initiatives, where you’ll help drive consistency in governance, improve data quality, and enable confident, informed decision-making at a senior level.

What you’ll do:

• Support governance, assurance, and reporting standards across programmes and projects
• Maintain accurate, high-quality project data within PMO tools
• Conduct compliance checks and quality reviews against delivery frameworks
• Produce clear reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders
• Monitor RAID logs to ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are captured effectively

You’ll work closely with project teams, PMO leadership, and senior stakeholders to ensure delivery standards are met and portfolio visibility is maintained.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a PMO Analyst or project support role
• Exposure to multi-project or programme environments
• Understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, MSP)
• Strong data analysis and reporting capability
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Enterprise PMO experience delivering digital Programmes (including PRP)

The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.
