Project Manager – Dynamics 365 CRM

Cheltenham (Hybrid – 1 day per month on-site)

Our client, a leading global organisation, is seeking a Project Manager to deliver international programmes focused on Dynamics 365 CRM implementation. This role offers the chance to work across a global delivery team, driving the success of a major digital transformation initiative.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of global Dynamics 365 CRM projects
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
• Ensure delivery quality aligns with business objectives
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change controls

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM or similar ERP/CRM projects
• Strong project governance, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Experience managing global or multi-region implementations
• Agile or hybrid delivery methodology experience
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification desirable
