Our client, a growing and technology-driven organisation, is looking to hire a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their internal IT support team in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a passion for technology to join a collaborative environment where you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of systems, users and technologies.
You’ll be the first point of contact for technical support issues, helping to ensure users receive a responsive and professional IT support experience.
What you’ll do:
You’ll work closely with wider IT teams and end users across the business, ensuring a high level of customer service and technical support.
What we’re looking for:
Experience with Active Directory, ticketing systems or hybrid working environments would be advantageous.
