Identity & Access Management (IDAM) Specialist – IAM / Cyber Security

Cheltenham - 2 days per week on site

Up to £70,000 + excellent benefits

Our client, a leading international organisation, is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IDAM) Specialist to strengthen its cyber security capabilities and protect critical business systems. This role is key to ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient user access across a large-scale environment.

What you’ll do

• Manage and optimise IDAM / IAM systems, covering identity provisioning, authentication, and access control
• Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies and procedures
• Administer Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and password management solutions
• Monitor system performance, investigate incidents, and mitigate security vulnerabilities
• Provide expert support to users and teams on access and security best practice

What they're looking for

• Proven experience in Identity & Access Management, Information Security, or Infrastructure Security
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols and access control frameworks
• Practical experience with SSO, MFA, RBAC, and user provisioning tools
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM (advantageous)
