Our client, a leading engineering-led organisation, is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive growth across their Filters & Dryers product portfolio. This role plays a key part in developing new business, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing directly to revenue generation.

You’ll be at the forefront of customer engagement, identifying opportunities, managing key accounts, and supporting the full sales lifecycle in a technical, engineered-to-order environment.


What you’ll do


  • Manage and develop relationships with existing customers across key markets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, EPCs, and integrators
  • Lead customer engagement from early-stage discussions through to contract award
  • Coordinate technical and commercial inputs with internal engineering and proposals teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and forecasts


You’ll work closely with engineering, commercial, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.


What we’re looking for


  • Experience in a sales or commercial role, ideally within engineering or manufacturing
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive, results-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management
