Our client is a high-growth executive search firm in Cheltenham that is expanding its specialist Data & Analytics practice. They’re looking for an energetic 360-degree Recruitment Consultant who is eager to build a desk, develop client relationships and earn significant commission from day one.
What you’ll be doing

Winning and growing accounts – mapping the market, targeting new clients and pitching retained or contingent search solutions.

Head-hunting top talent – engaging data, analytics and insight professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and referrals.

Owning the full recruitment cycle – from briefing and job-spec creation to offer negotiation and post-placement follow-up.

Becoming a market expert – tracking salary trends, candidate motivations and emerging tech (AI/ML, cloud data, predictive analytics).

Collaborating and innovating – working with senior teammates on branding campaigns, podcasts and events to boost your profile.
What they’re looking for
Essential
- 6–18 months’ success in agency recruitment or B2B sales.
- Proven record of meeting or beating revenue targets.
- Clear, persuasive communication (written and verbal).
- Ambition, resilience and a growth mindset.
Desirable
- Experience recruiting Data / Tech / STEM roles.
- Knowledge of the UK data-analytics hiring landscape.
- Degree (or equivalent) in a STEM or business field.
- Familiarity with Bullhorn (or similar) CRM.
