£70,000 - £110,000pa

Responsible for developing, implementing and delivering company wide sales strategies. Focusing on the high end residential and commercial markets, to develop relationships with current and prospective clients in order to cultivate leads, secure orders and deliver sales targets.

 

 

KEY DUTIES:

·                     Development, implementation and delivery of company wide sales strategies.

·                     Help set and achieve company sales and revenue targets.

·                     Part of the senior leadership team responsible for day to day running of the business and fostering an environment for all employees and the business to perform well.

·                     Building effective and successful working relationships with key accounts, main contractors, clients and prospective opportunities through inbound and outbound leads.

·                     Responsible for the preparation of compliant bid tender returns for commercial and high-end residential projects. All aspects of the tender return are to be processed, including design & specification, scope, pricing, contract and PQQ.

·                     Responsible for reporting of sales and pipeline and analysis of the same.

·                     Responsible for the overall management and delivery of projects won, including client & main contractor meetings and internal progress meetings, prior to project delivery stage.

 

ATTRIBUTES / QUALIFICATIONS

·                     Knowledge / previous experience within the construction industry, swimming pool industry, general building practices and project management.

·                     Formal Industry qualification, e.g. HND, CIOB would be beneficial.

·                     Possess excellent written & verbal communication, IT, organisation, problem solving, leadership skills.

·                     Ability to read and interpret specialist full tender packages, technical drawings, schematics, specifications and consultant information.

·                     Self-motivated and able to self-manage is essential, reliable and able to adapt and develop to suit the role and business needs.

·                     Build good working relationships with other parties both internal and external.
