£26,000 - £26,200pa plus bens

Monday to Friday 5 days with occasional weekend working, day shift rota.

We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant for an established residential and student accommodation company based in the heart of London, to be the first point of contact for residents.

 

Key Requirements:

·       You will be the first point of contact.

·       Going above and beyond to deliver excellent resident service.

·       communicating maintenance issues with your colleagues.

·       Loaning out items – e.g. hoovers, fans, ironing boards etc.

·       Helping to run social events

·       Carrying out checks and building walks

·       Carrying out a room inspection or showing a potential resident suites or studios.

·       Understanding the importance of Health & Safety and Fire Safety

Key Skills:

 

·       Friendly person who loves talking to and meeting people

·       Must come from hotel or accommodation background

·       Caring, and have a positive attitude

·       Enjoy providing a warm welcome to visitors, parents/ carers, residents, couriers and

·       contractors to properties

·       Take pride in your appearance and how you communicate with others

·       Organise yourself and work through a list of set tasks within a certain time frame

·       Optional: Speak other languages? An amazing bonus as 80% of the residents are international.

·       Good level of computer literacy
