Business Development Manager – Ideal for Recruiters Ready for a New Challenge

Our client, a respected leader in their sector, is looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to join their high-performing commercial team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating new leads, preparing proposals, closing deals, and contributing directly to revenue growth. You’ll manage the full new‑business cycle and work collaboratively to exceed targets and KPIs.

 

What’s on offer

  • Salary: Up to £45,000 basic, with a realistic OTE of £55,000–£60,000
  • Hybrid working: Only 2 days per week required in their London office
