Position: Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist - 3 Month Contract

Location: Fully Onsite in Mississauga, Ontario

Hourly Pay Rate: $35 - $40 per hour

Our client is a dynamic organization seeking a dedicated temporary Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is familiar with handling manual processes, and is eager to contribute to a growing company.

What You'll Do:

• Process day-to-day invoices efficiently to prevent backlog.
• Utilize the Docuware system for invoice management and processing.
• Engage in full-cycle accounts payable processes, including three-way matching.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
• Adapt quickly to new systems and workflows, ensuring smooth operations during a transitional period.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a related field.
• Strong adaptability to new systems and processes.
• Ability to manage a high volume of invoices (approximately 75 to 100 per day).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with complex manual processes is an asset.

Work Environment:

• This is a fully onsite position based in Mississauga, Ontario. Candidates must be available to work on-site during regular business hours.
