Title: Manager, FP&A

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 + bonus

About the Opportunity

Our client is a private equity-backed B2B SaaS company experiencing rapid growth and executing an active acquisition strategy. As the business scales, they are investing in their finance function to strengthen planning, reporting, and decision support.


This role is ideal for someone who wants to operate in a high-impact, high-growth environment with strong exposure to leadership, acquisitions, and meaningful opportunities for progression.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and consolidated reporting.
  • Build and maintain financial models (sales capacity, pipeline funnel, ARR, and KPI drivers).
  • Deliver KPI reporting and insights on revenue, margin, and business performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally to translate operational data into financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Own the Adaptive planning environment, improving reporting automation and executive dashboards.


What You Bring

  • ~7+ years of FP&A experience, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong financial modelling skills, including revenue drivers and SaaS metrics.
  • Experience with planning and reporting tools (Workday Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Power BI, Salesforce).
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to build dynamic models and automated reporting.
  • CPA, MBA, or CFA preferred, with strong business partnering and analytical skills.
