About the Opportunity

Our client, a leader in the aerospace sector, is seeking a Finance Consultant to join their dynamic team. With the company experiencing significant growth and gearing up for year-end closing, this role is pivotal in supporting their financial reporting team. Reporting to the VP Finance, you will be part of a collaborative environment, working on complex financial projects and gaining exposure to global operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a public company listed on the TSX with a billion-dollar revenue footprint.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting.

- Manage consolidation in a multi-entity, multi-currency context using OneStream.

- Review financial statements and coordinate MD&A activities.

- Engage with technical accounting tasks, including IFRS compliance.

- Collaborate with Shared Services and use Excel for detailed financial analysis.

- Support the integration of newly acquired entities.

What You Bring

- Proven experience in a similar finance role with public companies.

- Strong understanding of IFRS standards, especially IFRS 15 and 16.

- Proficient in financial reporting and consolidation systems (OneStream, Excel).

- Excellent analytical and technical accounting skills.

- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage complex transactions.

- Experience in a project-based business environment is advantageous.
