Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of product costing models to accurately measure margin by product.
• Build and refine customer profitability analyses to support pricing and broader commercial decision-making.
• Develop and maintain FP&A models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Produce recurring management reports that summarize revenue, cost, and margin performance by product and customer.
• Establish repeatable, well-documented analysis routines that are embedded in the monthly and quarterly FP&A cycle.
• Support the month-end close process with margin, cost allocation, and profitability analysis, including clear variance explanations.
• Respond to ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from finance and business stakeholders, ensuring outputs are rigorous, timely, and decision-useful.

What You Bring

• CPA designation (preferred).
• Solid experience in FP&A or similar analytical finance roles, including product and/or customer-level profitability work.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Comfort working with legacy systems and imperfect data environments.
• Strong grounding in core FP&A processes: budgeting, reforecasting, and variance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with product costing and complex cost allocation methodologies.
• Experience supporting the month-end close process from a finance/FP&A perspective
