Salary: $115,000 – $125,000/year + bonus

About the Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly scaling global enterprise software platform that acquires and builds market-leading vertical software businesses. As the organization continues to expand across multiple geographies and operating companies, they are investing in building a world-class Talent Acquisition function to support long-term growth.


This newly created role offers the opportunity to build the operational foundation of a global recruiting function from the ground up. You will design and scale the systems, processes, and analytics that power hiring across the organization. Working closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and cross-functional teams, you will introduce structure, automation, and data-driven decision making to support hiring at scale. For someone who enjoys building infrastructure, improving systems, and creating operational clarity, this role offers meaningful ownership and high impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem, including ATS, CRM, and system integrations.
  • Design and standardize scalable recruiting workflows across technical, executive, and global hiring.
  • Build reporting dashboards and analytics to provide visibility into hiring performance and pipeline health.
  • Implement automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve recruiter productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee recruiting operations processes including requisition governance, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Lead and develop a small TA Operations team while partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders.


What You Bring

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or Recruiting Operations in scaling or high-growth environments.
  • Hands-on expertise administering ATS and CRM platforms at a system owner or super-user level.
  • Proven ability to build recruiting processes, workflows, and operational infrastructure from limited foundations.
  • Strong reporting and analytics capabilities, with the ability to translate hiring data into actionable insights.
  • Experience implementing automation, AI tools, or system improvements within recruiting workflows.
  • A builder mindset with strong systems thinking, operational rigor, and stakeholder partnership skills.
