Title: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $130,000 – $170,000/year + bonus

About the Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly scaling global enterprise software platform that acquires and builds market-leading vertical software businesses. As the organization continues to expand across multiple geographies and operating companies, they are investing in building a world-class Talent Acquisition function to support long-term growth.


This newly created leadership role offers the opportunity to build and shape recruiting capability from the ground up. You will partner directly with senior leadership and business unit CEOs to translate growth strategy into hiring execution while developing a high-performing recruiting team and scalable hiring processes. For someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make a high-impact contribution at scale, this role provides significant visibility and influence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategy into structured hiring plans and workforce priorities.
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters supporting technical and corporate hiring across multiple geographies.
  • Establish clear recruiting operating rhythms, pipeline visibility, and hiring forecasts to ensure delivery against growth plans.
  • Monitor and improve key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, hiring quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Partner closely with TA Systems & Operations to enhance recruiting tools, reporting, and scalable processes.
  • Drive best-in-class candidate experience while strengthening employer brand and stakeholder trust.


What You Bring

  • 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership of technical recruiting teams.
  • Proven success partnering with senior executives on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
  • Experience building and scaling recruiting teams within high-growth or multi-entity organizations.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience in metrics-driven recruiting environments.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations.
  • A builder mentality with the ability to introduce structure, processes, and scalable recruiting practices.
