Type: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000-135,000/yr


The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a Commercial FP&A Manager to be a strategic finance partner to our Commercial team. Sitting at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations, this role will shape decisions that drive growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. You’ll own forecasting, deliver financial insights, and support pricing and customer profitability initiatives while leading and developing a team of analysts.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead forecasting and planning across key Commercial metrics (originations, service units, revenue) with a focus on accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Deliver customer and deal profitability analysis, identifying opportunities to improve margins and strengthen economics.
  • Partner with Pricing on strategy, offer reviews, and post-implementation analysis to inform future decisions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Commercial leadership group, influencing strategic and operational decisions.
  • Manage Opex, headcount forecasting, and sales compensation analysis to drive sales effectiveness.
  • Develop long-range financial models and scenarios that shape company growth strategies.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of analysts, fostering strong analytical and business-partnering capabilities.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly reporting, providing clear, actionable insights to leadership.


What we need from you:

  • CPA designation is a strong asset
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience coaching and mentoring a small team
  • 5+ years of experience in business-partnering and analytical roles
  • Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling experience
  • Experience with SAP, SQL, or Python are strong assets
