The Opportunity:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce expert with a strong technical foundation in administration, reporting, and data integration, paired with a deep understanding of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and financial KPIs that drive SaaS or recurring revenue businesses. This contract role is a unique opportunity to design, optimize, and standardize Salesforce systems that directly influence business performance at a global scale.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive the standardization and optimization of Salesforce reports and dashboards, ensuring consistent and reliable data across business units and regions
- Architect and deploy scalable data models and integration solutions to onboard newly acquired companies into Salesforce with minimal disruption
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and IT to align reporting frameworks with evolving business objectives
- Ensure accurate, standardized reporting of ARR, MRR, churn, retention, and other critical SaaS financial metrics
- Develop, maintain, and enhance data integration workflows and pipelines between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools)
- Establish governance practices for report creation, data definitions, and field usage to ensure long-term data integrity and usability
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or advanced reporting experience
- Proven success standardizing reporting processes and leading data integration projects
- Expertise in ARR, MRR, ACV, churn, and related SaaS financial KPIs
- Proficiency with Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, Flow, and custom data modelling
- Experience with ETL processes and integrations between CRM and ERP platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Background in post-M&A data harmonization or integrating newly acquired companies into Salesforce
