  • Perform IFRS 15 revenue recognition work, including:

- Reviewing and analyzing customer contracts

- Ensuring appropriate allocations and accounting treatment are applied

  • Partner with the Billings team to understand contract terms and revenue inputs
  • Support the first days of the month close by helping close billing systems and generate required entries
  • Maintain and support RevPro (integrated with billing systems) to generate revenue-related journal entries
  • Deliver analytical support across large datasets, including building/refreshing reporting and investigating variances
  • Support inventory and hardware accounting activities, including:

- Rolling forward and updating existing inventory workbooks

- Reviewing AP invoices tied to inventory/hardware

- Supporting fixed assets and related accounting entries

  • Work with Supply Chain and third-party logistics partners to obtain inventory reporting and upload balances into NetSuite
  • Complete month-end reconciliations for inventory and hardware, ensuring accuracy and completeness of recorded transactions
  • Prepare inventory balance reporting and variance analysis for inventory/hardware
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting cycles

What You Bring

  • Strong working experience with NetSuite
  • Advanced Excel capabilities (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF/S), comfortable with high transaction volumes
  • Working knowledge of IFRS, including hands-on exposure to IFRS 15
  • Experience supporting inventory/hardware environments (manufacturing/CPG exposure is helpful; costing is not required)
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Accounting, Supply Chain, and external vendors/partners
