We are looking for experienced freelance recruiters to support start-ups and scale-ups in Flanders (Leuven, Ghent, Antwerp, Hasselt) with their hiring needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with start-ups and scale-ups to understand their hiring needs.
• Actively source, screen, and interview top talent.
• Set-up and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to offer negotiations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and best practices.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience that strengthens employer branding.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in start-up or scale-up environments. 

✔ A strong network in the Belgian job market. 

✔ Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven mindset. 

✔ Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus. 

✔ Availability for at least 1 day per week.
