At HD Construction Equipment Hyundai Europe NV, we are looking for a Warranty Specialist to strengthen our Aftermarket & Product Support team for Construction Equipment Europe.

Your role

As our Warranty Specialist, you will be the vital link between field service, engineering, dealers and customer support. You will analyse technical issues, follow up on warranty claims and help ensure that our machines continue to meet the high-quality standards our customers expect.

Your findings will not simply disappear into a spreadsheet. They will support better decisions, stronger products and an even better customer experience across Europe.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing and analysing technical failures and warranty claims within the agreed deadlines
• Publishing technical service bulletins and coordinating field campaigns
• Supporting and conducting warranty audits
• Using Power BI and Palantir dashboards to identify trends and report your findings
• Monitoring warranty spending and highlighting areas for improvement
• Assisting with dealer onboarding and SAP administration
• Contributing to quality assurance projects and continuous improvement initiatives

In short: you combine technical curiosity with data-driven thinking and make sure that valuable field information leads to meaningful action.

Who are we looking for?

You have a technical background or a strong interest in technical products and machinery. You enjoy analysing information, asking the right questions and working accurately — even when the details become complex.

You will feel at home in this role if you:

• Have a background in automotive engineering
• Communicate fluently in English; additional languages are an asset
• Are familiar with SAP, business intelligence tools and Microsoft Office
• Work accurately and take ownership of your responsibilities
• Can communicate clearly with different teams and stakeholders
• Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Are organised and confident working with documents and data
• Know how to plan your work and align priorities with team objectives

Above all, you are proactive, dependable and not afraid to dig a little deeper to find the real cause behind a technical issue.
