· Track record of closing and growing $1M+ in annual recurring snow and summer maintenance contracts
· Established network of relationships with property managers, facility managers, and commercial owners (ideally in Southern Ontario or transferable markets)
· Strong proficiency with CRM software, plus disciplined pipeline management

· Establish long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, and business owners
· Drive $1 million or more annually through sales pipeline management and monthly sales targets
· Manage the full sales cycle, converting leads, qualifying RFP opportunities and negotiating contracts
