Must have 3–5+ years as Fleet Manager in landscape, construction or heavy-equipment ops, proven success managing assets, leading mechanic teams, and improving uptime & costs.     

• Open to permanent relocation to Bahamas!

• Strong track record managing fleet operations across multiple sites

• Expert-level use of Fleetio (or similar), GPS systems and

• 2 or 4 year degree in a related field preferred; fleet management certification (e.g., CAFM, CEM) a plus

• Fleet Operations & Preventative Maintenance Execution — Deliver maximum uptime and zero breakdowns on trucks, mowers, excavators, loaders & other installation gear

• Systems, Controls & Administrative — accuracy of Fleetio records, daily inspections, POs, vendor/parts management & reliable reporting

• Leadership, Accountability & Cost Management — Manage 8+ mechanic team focused on safety, on-time execution and oversight of repair, parts & fuel costs.
