• Proven expertise in process improvement, estimating systems, team recruitment and development, and commercial client relations.
• Experienced in accounting oversight of P&L and making decisions to improve the positive business growth at both top and bottom line.

• Oversee budgeting, vendor management, compliance, insurance, financial reporting, and continuous improvement (including CRM and other systems) to create scalable, professional operations.
