Your Background:

- Successful track record of growing $5M+ business unit; proven management and P&L responsibility of commercial arbor care or landscape services division.

- Degree in Business, Arborcare or related field. ISA certification required

- Management and Leadership developing crews and mentoring crew leaders

What You’ll Do – Oversee all aspects of tree care services division driving strategic growth and operational excellence serving clients from Los Angeles County to the Central Coast.

- Accountable for tactical growth of the tree care division including team performance, operational efficiency, and deepening partnerships with commercial clients.

- Oversee profitable growth of business unit. Reporting to the COO, providing senior management critical recommendations and planning forecasts.

- Develop, recommend, and execute staffing and capital equipment strategies to scale operations and ensure capacity for growth.
