As an experienced Landscape Account Manager are you frustrated your current employer is not providing resources that live up to your high-quality expectations for your clients?

Must Have experience in HOAs and Commercial facility landscape maintenance and proven track record of customer satisfaction:

·  5+ years client focused to HOAs and property managers for landscape maintenance services.

·  4 years college degree or equivalent and bilingual (Spanish) preferred

· Experience with CRMs, HubSpot, Aspire, Proposify, or related.

•   Develop, maintain, and service existing client relationships - enhancement sales, account profitability and contract retention.

•   Monitor and holding crew members accountable - for procedures, safety and quality control.

•   Develop enhancement proposals for your clients for new services; improvements to plantings, irrigation, and hardscape.
