The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school and experience working on sophisticated legal issues. Key Responsibilities: 

• Contribute to high-stakes litigation, including complex business and commercial cases, class-action defense, and trade secrets 
• Research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents addressing complex legal and factual issues 
• Develop strategic approaches and solutions for complex litigation cases 
• Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional client service and successful case outcomes 
• Participate in oral advocacy, including motions hearings and other courtroom proceedings 
• Manage litigation calendars, ensuring critical deadlines and hearings are accurately tracked 

Qualifications & Experience: 

• J.D. from a nationally recognized law school with graduation in the top 10% of the class 
• Law review, moot court, or trial team experience is highly preferred 
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team 
• Admission to The Georgia Bar or eligibility for admission in the near future
