In this role, you will handle all aspects of litigation, including client consultations, case evaluations, negotiations, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have substantial trial experience, a strong litigation background, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities 

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases, providing compassionate and strategic legal counsel 
• Prepare and manage litigation cases, from initial evaluation to trial, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients 
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offer 
• Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents 
• Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions to advocate effectively for clients 
• Prepare cases for trial and serve as first-chair trial counsel when necessary 
• Manage litigation calendars, ensuring critical deadlines are met 

Qualifications & Experience 

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school 
• 6+ years of personal injury plaintiff litigation experience 
• Significant first-chair trial experience 
• Member of the Texas Bar and in good standing 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus 
• Proven ability to evaluate claims and negotiate effectively 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently 
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration
