Our client, a NLJ500 and Mid-Market Pro 50 law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team and provide exceptional legal representation to clients. In this role, you will handle all aspects of litigation, including client consultations, case evaluations, negotiations, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have substantial trial experience, a strong litigation background, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities 

  • Meet with clients to discuss their cases, providing compassionate and strategic legal counsel 
  • Prepare and manage litigation cases, from initial evaluation to trial, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients 
  • Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offer 
  • Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents 
  • Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions to advocate effectively for clients 
  • Prepare cases for trial and serve as first-chair trial counsel when necessary 
  • Manage litigation calendars, ensuring critical deadlines are met 

 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school 
  • 6+ years of personal injury plaintiff litigation experience 
  • Significant first-chair trial experience 
  • Member of the Texas Bar and in good standing 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus 
  • Proven ability to evaluate claims and negotiate effectively 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently 
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration
