Our client is seeking a Business Immigration Attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join its Atlanta office. This role requires in-office work to take full advantage of training, mentorship, team building, and business development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, and EB-1/2/3 cases. Key Responsibilities 

• Manage a wide range of employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, and EB-1/2/3 cases 
• Interact extensively with clients, providing guidance and exceptional service 
• Collaborate with team members to deliver results in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment 
• Contribute to mentorship and business development efforts within the office 

Qualifications & Experience 

• J.D. degree with strong academic credentials 
• 2-4 years of experience in employment-based immigration law 
• Ability to manage significant client interactions and responsibilities 
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills 
• Desire to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment
