The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in Europe. You'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to our clients whilst building lasting relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Full Recruitment Cycle Management:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from initial client consultation to successful placement
- Lead comprehensive recruitment projects from brief to completion, managing all stakeholders
- Conduct thorough candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline across our core sectors
- Deliver high-quality candidate presentations and facilitate interview processes
- Oversee multiple concurrent recruitment assignments ensuring quality delivery
New Business Development & Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target sectors such as Cloud, Data, AI Infrastructure, Marketing Technology, Cybersecurity, Digital Health, Smart Manufacturing etc.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
- Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging roles
Experience & Skills:
- 3-5 years' experience in recruitment with demonstrable full-cycle recruitment experience
- Proven track record in new business development and sales within recruitment developing a client portfolio from ground zero (cold desk)
- Strong business development skills with ability to identify and convert leads
- Experience in one or more of our specialisation areas
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with recruitment technology platforms and CRM systems
- Strong market research and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Additional European languages advantageous
