The Role
We're looking for a Technical Consultant to join our client’s dynamic international team. This isn't your typical 9-to-5 role – every day brings new challenges, different clients, and opportunities to solve complex problems. You'll be the critical link between customers and our development teams, ensuring seamless implementation and optimization of our solutions. As part of a collaborative team where each consultant specializes in different areas, you'll have the opportunity to contribute across the entire customer portfolio while developing deep expertise in your chosen domain.
Responsibilities:
Customer Success & Implementation
- Set up, implement, and optimize customer solutions across tag management, privacy management, customer data platforms, and attribution modeling
 
- Provide strategic consulting on data collection, integration, and activation strategies
 
- Act as the trusted technical advisor for Germany's leading enterprises
 
Technical Excellence
- Bridge the gap between customer needs and our development teams
 
- Serve as the go-to technical resource for internal teams and external service providers
 
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges with creative, customer-focused solutions
 
Knowledge Sharing & Thought Leadership
- Deliver customer training sessions, workshops, and presentations
 
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
 
- Share your expertise and contribute to the growth of your colleagues
 
Requirements:
Essential Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in a technical, customer-facing, or consulting role
 
- Fluent German (native or business fluent) and business fluent English
 
Required Technical Skills
- JavaScript – Advanced proficiency (you're comfortable writing, debugging, and optimizing code)
 
- HTML – Advanced knowledge of markup, DOM manipulation, and web standards
 
- JSON & APIs – Advanced experience working with JSON data structures and RESTful APIs
 
- PHP – Basic understanding and ability to work with PHP-based implementations
 
Nice to Have
- App development knowledge – Basic familiarity with mobile or web app development concepts
 
- MarTech expertise: Understanding of marketing/advertising technologies and their strategic applications, including Tag Management, Consent Management, Attribution, Retargeting, Data Management, and Cookie technologies
