Fractional Talent Partner



We are building an AI-led recruitment agent helping our clients to hire candidates. The AI-led agency is backed by some great investors like VCs like Notion & Frontline and angles like the co-founder of Monzo, executives from Stackoverflow, Uber, Improbable, Amazon, Permira, Startupbootcamp and many more. We’re partnering with some of the leading Venture Capital firms helping their portfolio to attract the best talent out there. Due to high client demand, we’re seeking individuals interested in creating an additional income stream. This opportunity is success-fee-based and requires only a few hours of your time each week. This position is best suited to freelancers with a background in recruitment.

 

Your role / How it works:

 

·      Automated Candidate Shortlisting: Our AI agent automatically identifies and shortlists top candidates for our clients’ open positions.

·      LinkedIn Integration: As a Fractional Talent Partner, you will connect your LinkedIn account to our platform, which manages automated candidate outreach through LinkedIn.

·      Candidate Engagement: Engaged candidates will be shared with us via a dedicated Slack channel.

·      Project Assignment: You will be assigned to one project at a time, typically lasting 2-3 weeks

·      Candidate Information Management: Collect basic information from interested candidates and submit it to our online system to advance them in the recruitment process before the client takes over

 

Requirements:

 

·      Professional Experience: 2+ years in recruiting

·      Some experience screening candidates via phone or video calls

·      Highly organised, reliable, trustworthy and responsive

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·      Able to dedicate a few hours per week

·      LinkedIn Profile: Basic premium (paid) LinkedIn account; must be able update to include “Talent Partner” role linked to our company

·      Proficient in Slack and familiarity with Notion and Airtable for project management

·      Ability to invoice upon successful project completion

 

Compensation:

 

·      For every candidate hired through your outreach, you’ll receive a success fee

·      An additional commission can be earned, if you also screen the candidate when required

·      Your commission is paid as soon as the candidate passes the Client’s probation period (typically 2-3 months)
