We are seeking a seasoned Finance Operations Manager to lead and optimize global accounting operations and financial planning activities. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of cost systems, forecasting, and operational finance across international teams.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain global standard cost systems, including variance analysis and manufacturing support
- Drive annual global cost updates and coordinate with international finance teams
- Manage budgeting and forecasting for cost variances, departmental spend, CapEx, and R&D OpEx
- Supervise and mentor a high-performing finance team
- Lead month-end close for revenue, COGS, and margin-related items
- Oversee customer agreements, rebates, and ship-and-debit processes
- Improve and automate systems using Oracle and financial tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally on finance/IT integration projects
- Support global accounts receivable, collections, and credit risk management
- Implement compliance for new accounting standards and ensure SOX documentation/testing
- Coordinate quarterly reviews and year-end audits with external auditors
- Handle ad hoc reporting and special financial projects
📋 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience (public accounting experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and operational finance in manufacturing/semiconductor environments
- Experience with standard costing, variance analysis, and cross-border finance operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP, plus strong Excel capabilities
- CPA or MBA a plus
- High attention to detail, adaptable, and self-driven
