Position Overview:

The Roofing Foreman will manage roofing projects, ensuring the highest quality and timely completion. This position requires expertise in both residential and commercial roofing, with a focus on leadership, project management, safety compliance, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, communicating project milestones and timelines with teams and stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Supervise roofing and siding contractors, guiding teams to ensure quality workmanship.
• Quality Control: Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce and train safety protocols.
• Budget Management: Assist in estimating costs, tracking expenses, and managing budgets.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve construction-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a roofing foreman or similar supervisory role
• Expertise in various roof systems, including TPO, BUR, modified bitumen, and EPDM
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as required

• Job Sites: Primarily in Virginia/DC areas.
• Work Environment: Ability to work from home office or onsite at job sites.
