Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Puyallup, WA 98372

Employment Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Compensation: $45.00 – $49.00 per hour

SSU is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a permanent role in Puyallup, Washington. This position provides consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to support a skilled nursing rehabilitation caseload.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and design individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength, and safety
• Track outcomes and modify plans based on progress
• Document accurately and in compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with OT/SLP, nursing, and providers for coordinated care

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent PT degree from an accredited program
• Active Washington PT license (or eligibility)
• SNF/rehab experience preferred
