What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset

✔ Comfortable working in steep terrain and varying weather

✔ Construction or geotechnical experience (preferred, not required)

✔ Willingness to travel for projects (travel/lodging covered)

✔ OSHA, CDL, or equipment certifications are a plu
