Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Staffing Solutions United (SSU) is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across engineering, product, and operations teams. This role requires a strong technical foundation, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate combines technical fluency with strategic execution and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs
• Define program scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics
• Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align priorities
• Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination
• Translate business requirements into structured technical execution plans
• Monitor program health and provide regular executive-level reporting
• Drive process improvements to increase operational efficiency
• Ensure delivery quality, scalability, and long-term sustainability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud infrastructure, hardware systems, AI/ML, or enterprise SaaS environments
• Background in hardware-software integration programs
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications
• Experience working within large enterprise or high-growth environments
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar platforms
