Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Weekend Rotation: None

Compensation: $42.00 – $47.00 per hour

Staffing Solutions United is partnering with a respected rehabilitation provider to hire a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a permanent opportunity at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Pittsfield, MA.

Position Overview

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. The PT will work closely with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, coordination, and mobility
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy teams to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred
