Employment Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Hours: 35 hours/week

Weekend Rotation: None

Compensation: $38.00 – $42.00 per hour

SSU is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for Arborwood Lodge, a convenient single-level facility in Wisconsin Rapids. This weekday-only role offers strong work-life balance and a supportive rehab environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and create OT plans of care
• Treat ADL limitations, functional mobility, safety, and cognitive components as needed
• Document sessions and outcomes in compliance with standards
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team for care planning and discharge goals

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin OT license (or eligibility)
• SNF/rehab experience preferred
