Salesforce Developer

Staffing Solutions United (SSU) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to support enterprise-level Salesforce initiatives across sales, service, and financial operations. This role requires a strong technical foundation, the ability to build scalable solutions, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and system performance.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who understands the full Salesforce ecosystem and can translate complex business requirements into efficient, secure, and sustainable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Build and maintain automation using Flows, validation rules, and approval processes
- Develop and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
- Contribute to Lead-to-Cash, Order Management, and Finance automation initiatives
- Ensure high standards of data integrity, system security, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams
- Participate in code reviews and maintain best practices in Salesforce architecture
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and automation tools
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Proven experience with API integrations
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, data architecture, and governance
- Salesforce certifications preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CPQ, billing platforms (e.g., Zuora), or financial systems integrations
- Background in finance automation or revenue operations environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control systems
