Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our rehabilitation department in delivering exceptional patient care and therapy services. The DOR will oversee physical, occupational, and speech therapy programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a culture of clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
• Develop and implement therapy programs that meet patient needs and organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and improve clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting professional development and continuous learning.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with billing and reimbursement processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a therapist (PT, OT, SLP) in Oklahoma.
• 5+ years of clinical experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation services, regulatory compliance, and billing practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
