Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join the Global Operations Team in Redlands, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, including production, planning, distribution, fulfillment, inventory, and warehousing. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and ensure compliance with domestic and international trade regulations. The Supply Chain Manager will report directly to the Director of Global Operations and oversee a team of direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to align with corporate objectives.
• Oversee logistics operations, including domestic and international shipping.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. and foreign trade regulations.
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure business continuity.
• Work with the SAP support team for system testing and enhancements.
• Lead efforts in material and part number configurations within SAP.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize stock while minimizing excess.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Drive continuous process improvements through cross-functional team leadership.
• Ensure compliance with hazardous waste and safety regulations.
• Provide ROI analysis for department equipment investments.
• Train staff on safety requirements and maintain proper documentation.
• Manage production operations for USB software duplication, marketing/event signage, and outsourcing of press books.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) for department equipment.
• Conduct performance evaluations, providing documented feedback in mid-year and annual reviews.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing supply chain operations with direct reports.
• Proven track record in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
• 5+ years of experience working with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel expertise required) and SharePoint; experience with Visio or Lucidchart is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of budgeting and accounting principles.
• Demonstrated professional growth and a diverse range of experience in prior roles.
Location: This position is based in Redlands, CA and may require occasional travel.
