Hours: 35 hours per week

Compensation: $28.47 – $31.00 per hour

Staffing Solutions United is partnering with a leading rehabilitation provider to hire a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a permanent opportunity at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Franconia, NH.

This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekend rotation, providing strong work-life balance while delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Position Overview

The Physical Therapist Assistant will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. The PTA will support patients in achieving optimal outcomes through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer therapeutic exercises and treatment interventions as outlined by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Monitor patient progress and report findings to the Physical Therapist
• Document treatment sessions accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families on prescribed exercises and mobility techniques
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient-centered outcomes

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active New Hampshire PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred
