Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on SAP Development Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of custom SAP solutions. This role will serve as the technical lead across SAP modules and integrations, ensuring code quality, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP development efforts (ABAP, Fiori, UI5, BTP)
• Manage a team of developers and ensure best practices in SAP development
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Oversee integrations with third-party and legacy systems
• Drive continuous improvement and SAP development lifecycle optimization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years in SAP development with leadership experience
• Deep expertise in ABAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, and integration tools
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps in SAP environments
