Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning:
- Develop detailed project plans encompassing scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project
- objectives and deliverables.
2. Project Execution:
- Lead the execution of commercial construction projects, overseeing project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
3. Budget and Cost Management:
- Manage project budgets and costs, actively tracking expenses and monitoring financial performance.
- Implement cost-control measures to opƟmize project profitability.
4. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met, maintaining client satisfaction.
5. Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential obstacles to success.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
6. Quality Assurance:
- Oversee the implementation of quality control measures, ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and reviews to maintain project quality.
7. Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively, ensuring project teams have the necessary tools, equipment, and support for timely task execution.
8. Reporting and Documentation:
- Generate regular project status reports, documenting milestones, issues, and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation, facilitating project transparency and accountability.
9. Health and Safety Concerns:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Promote a safe working environment for all project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
