Project Manager


Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

  • Develop detailed project plans encompassing scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project
  • objectives and deliverables.


2. Project Execution:

  • Lead the execution of commercial construction projects, overseeing project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.


3. Budget and Cost Management:

  • Manage project budgets and costs, actively tracking expenses and monitoring financial performance.
  • Implement cost-control measures to opƟmize project profitability.


4. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met, maintaining client satisfaction.


5. Risk Management:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential obstacles to success.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.


6. Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee the implementation of quality control measures, ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and reviews to maintain project quality.

7. Resource Management:

  • Allocate resources effectively, ensuring project teams have the necessary tools, equipment, and support for timely task execution.

8. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Generate regular project status reports, documenting milestones, issues, and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation, facilitating project transparency and accountability.

9. Health and Safety Concerns:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Promote a safe working environment for all project stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Proven project management experience in the construction industry
