ServiceNow Solution Architect


Job Overview


We are seeking a strategic and hands-on ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design of intelligent, scalable, and secure solutions across the ServiceNow platform. This role is critical for translating complex business requirements into robust ServiceNow architectures, driving successful project delivery, and supporting our commercial teams in pre-sales and solutioning engagements.


The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, strong client engagement skills, and proven experience architecting across key ServiceNow modules and ecosystems.


Key Responsibilities

● Lead the architectural design and solutioning of ServiceNow implementations across applications such as CSM, SOM, FSM, SPO, SLO, and APO.

● Define technical standards, design patterns, and governance best practices for platform delivery and innovation.

● Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, providing expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and solution design.

● Architect integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow Data Fabric for seamless interoperability with external systems.

● Validate technical solutions, ensure platform integrity, and oversee the quality of configurations and customizations across projects.

● Act as a technical thought leader and trusted advisor for project delivery teams, enabling alignment to architecture vision.

● Support the commercial team in the sales cycle by providing solutioning support, technical validation, and platform expertise during pre-sales and proposal development.

● Stay current with ServiceNow releases, emerging platform capabilities (especially Agentic AI), and the broader partner ecosystem including ISVs such as Logik.AI and Tenon.

● Lead efforts for platform upgrades, adoption of new technologies, and enablement of innovative enterprise workflows.


Skills & Qualifications

● 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions at scale.

● Deep platform expertise across ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, security, workflows, scripting, and integration methods.

● Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including CRM (CSM, SOM, FSM), and Finance & Supply Chain Operations (SPO, SLO, APO).

● Prior experience implementing other CRM solutions like Salesforce and Dynamics

● Familiarity with ServiceNow Agentic AI and experience integrating third-party AI solutions where applicable.

● Experience working with ServiceNow Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) such as Logik.AI, Tenon, and others relevant to our competency areas.

● Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern project delivery frameworks.

● Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences.

● Prior experience implementing component systems in CPQ, CLM, order management a plus Preferred Qualifications


● ServiceNow Certifications, such as: ○ Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required ○ Certified Implementation Specialist (CSM, FSM, SOM, SPO, SLO, APO) - At least 2 Required ○ Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Preferred ○ Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) – Preferred

● Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).

● Background in consulting, solution sales, or working within managed services and system integrator environments.

● Experience delivering digital transformation initiatives leveraging ServiceNow as a core platform.

● Experience implementing ServiceNow Industry Products a plus (MCO, TSOM, TPSM, FSO)
