Role: QA Engineer - ServiceNow
Overview:
We are hiring a QA Engineer to join a ServiceNow implementation squad on a permanent basis. This is a key role focused on shaping the test plan and ensuring a high standard of quality across in-house developments and third-party platforms.
The successful candidate will support both manual and automated testing, working closely with Scrum Masters, Developers, Product Owners and Business Analysts to deliver reliable, scalable and high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, review and execute test plans, test scripts and test cases
• Perform functional testing across manual and automated processes
• Review technical and functional specifications to define test steps
• Work closely with delivery teams to create and execute effective test plans
• Manage risks, issues and defects raised during test execution
• Perform regression testing and validate changes against business requirements
• Support high-quality delivery within a ServiceNow implementation environment
Requirements:
• Demonstrable experience in a QA, Test Analyst or Software Testing role
• Hands-on ServiceNow QA/testing experience
• Experience testing ServiceNow ITSM and/or CSM
• Experience with manual and automated test execution
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF would be highly desirable
• Experience using test and defect management tools such as Jira, Zephyr or Azure DevOps
• Strong understanding of test plans, test scripts, defect management and regression testing
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality

• Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 plus benefits
