• We're looking for a passionate and driven Java Developer to join our fast-growing, fast-moving team in London.

• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions
• Take full ownership of development tasks from design to deployment.
• Deliver high-quality code under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement of development practices.
• Java 17+ development experience.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot or Micronaut frameworks.
• Proven experience deploying applications into a cloud environment (preferably Azure).
• Experience working with schemeless databases (preferably Cosmos DB)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in the finance sector is a plus, but not essential.
• Demonstrated delivery success in other industries is essential.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Someone who is comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
