Sales Consultant – Key Accounts

📍 East of England (with easy access to motorway networks, ideally M1 corridor)

💼 Permanent | Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week)

💰 £42,000 – £48,000 + excellent benefits package

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global leader in automation and fluid control solutions, supporting some of the biggest names in the automotive, food & beverage, life sciences, and manufacturing sectors.

We’re working with a top-tier organisation that supplies critical components and systems to major production environments – from the food you eat to the cars you drive. Now, they're looking for a Sales Consultant – Key Accounts to manage and grow relationships with large OEM customers across multiple sites in the East of England.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-value accounts and build strong relationships across engineering, supply chain, and senior leadership
  • Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by executing a strategic, consultative sales approach
  • Promote the company’s market-leading value propositions
  • Identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with distribution partners
  • Maintain detailed activity records via CRM

🧠 What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record in B2B face-to-face sales, ideally with complex or technical products
  • Experience selling into large organisations with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and planning skills
  • Engineering background is a plus, but not essential – the right mindset, resilience, and drive are a must
  • Ability to travel regularly across the East of England region
