Talent Acquisition Manager
📍 Arlington, TX (Hybrid) | Food Manufacturing & Cold Chain Services
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing organization in the food manufacturing and cold chain services industry to find a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll drive recruiting strategy, build strong teams, and support growth across multiple locations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for both salaried and hourly roles across multiple sites
- Partner closely with HR and business leaders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals
- Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies to enhance hiring efficiency and retention
- Mentor and develop recruiting team members, ensuring consistency and best practices
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations (EEO, ADA, etc.)
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
- Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years of recruiting experience, including leadership responsibility
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategy
- Experience in multi-site and/or high-volume hiring environments
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
