Job Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Manufacturing Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating manufacturing activities to ensure efficient production processes and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, production, and quality control, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address any delays or issues.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and company quality requirements.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new manufacturing techniques and technologies.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and material usage.
• Prepare and present regular production reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
• Proficiency in production planning software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management.
